4.2.4 Agricultural Entrepreneurs

Agriculture has historically been regarded as a low-yielding business. Agriculturists have lately adopted new and
innovative technology to maximise productivity resulting in the emergence of agriculture entrepreneurship.

        4.2.5 Technical Entrepreneurs

The Industrial Revolution gave rise to technical entrepreneurs—individuals who leverage their technical expertise
to design and provide machines, tools, and methods. They focus on continuous innovation to streamline industrial
processes and enhance efficiency. By applying their specialised knowledge and skills, technical entrepreneurs play a key
        role in driving technological advancements.

        4.2.6 Non-technical Entrepreneurs

These entrepreneurs specialise in supporting technical entrepreneurs by leveraging their skills to deliver services. Their
strength lies in managing the non-technical aspects of a product or service, focusing on processes that take place before
and after manufacturing, rather than being directly involved in production.

        4.2.7 Professional Entrepreneurs

This type of entrepreneur builds a business from the ground up, nurtures its growth, and guides it to self-sufficiency.
Once the venture reaches this stage, the entrepreneur sells the company and starts a new one, continually repeating
        this cycle.
        4.2.8 Entrepreneurs in Information Technology

IT entrepreneurs are individuals who engage in entrepreneurship within the domain of Information Technology (IT). The
key difference between IT entrepreneurs and technical entrepreneurs lies in their focus areas: technical entrepreneurs
work in sectors such as electronics, mechanical devices, and civil engineering, while IT entrepreneurs are dedicated
exclusively to innovations in the field of Information Technology.

        4.2.9 Women Entrepreneurs

As the term implies, women entrepreneurs are those women who start their own businesses. A growing number of
female entrepreneurs are taking the initiative to create their own businesses, and many of them have made it to the top.

        4.2.10 Social Entrepreneurs
Social entrepreneurs are individuals dedicated to developing solutions that address societal challenges. They actively
create, fund, and implement initiatives aimed at improving society, culture, and the environment. The terms "social
innovator" and "social entrepreneur" are often used interchangeably to describe these changemakers.

4.2.11 Entrepreneurs from a Family Business

A family business entrepreneur is someone who manages and operates a business that has been successfully passed
down through generations. Unlike a first-generation entrepreneur, this individual inherits the business and continues
its operations, either maintaining the traditional methods or introducing technological advancements to improve the
existing processes and approach of the family enterprise.

4.2.12 Entrepreneurs of the First Generation

First generation entrepreneurs are persons who have no prior business experience. They can come from a variety of ages
and backgrounds. A person who starts at the age of 50 without any entrepreneurship history is also a first-generation
entrepreneur, as is someone who starts at the age of 17.
